About LemonpussI am living the dream and staying home to raise my three kids while my wife and I try to renovate our 150 year old farmhouse and keep the grapevines from consuming the house. We are a free-range family, and I spend my days with the kids crafting, gardening, canning fruit, and keeping the peace. Some days I'm lucky enough to fit in a little knitting. (Now with more kindergarten!)

This boy is so much like his sister it is a bit uncanny. The agility, strength, early physical milestones match up. We hung this bar for her because she needed a safe place to dangle. He spends tons of time … Continue reading
Merlin is having a field day with flies, moths, and any rodent stupid enough to breach our perimeter. He is also protecting the family from marauding midnight rolls of toilet paper, area rugs, and pipe cleaners. After a stealth attack … Continue reading
I know that this in no way counts as a blog post, but it is 3:06 am and my baby boy is sick with a cold. He just asked for covers for the first time after 19 months of kicking … Continue reading
